The Center for Life Science Ventures is located on the north end of the 4th floor in Weill Hall. There are:
- 4 client laboratories, each with 4 lab bench rows inside and office and lab support space attached (409A/B/C, 410A/B/C, 413A/B/C, 414A/B/C Weill Hall)
- 4 more client offices (407A/B and 408 A/B Weill Hall)
- 4 staff offices (402, 403, 404, 405 Weill Hall)
- 2 conference rooms (one small conference room, one large conference room)
- Kitchen
